It features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
- Bedroom #1 has a double bed and a private ensuite bathroom.
- Bedroom #2 includes two single beds.
- Bedroom #3 has a double bed and shares an ensuite bathroom.
- Bedroom #4 offers two single beds, a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a charming balcony and shares an ensuite bathroom.

Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a ensuite bathroom, with direct access from each room.

There is also a third full bathroom.

The open-plan living area connects to a green courtyard with sun lounges, a pergola, and outdoor dining space.

You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, AC, dishwasher, washing machine, free parking, and a dedicated workspace.

To ensure the best Wi-Fi coverage, the property is equipped with a high-speed Starlink internet connection.

We are flexible about check-in and checkout time, depending on other guests leaving or arriving time. Nevertheless, the regular check-in time is at 16:00 and regular checkout time is at 11:00.

- Self Check-in -
For your comfort, we have self check-in. So, you can arrive at any time after 16:00. Before, please ask us.

- Crib -
We can provide you a crib free of cost. Please ask up to 48 hours before arrival.

- Property Occupancy & Guest Policy -
Maximum occupancy at all times: The number of guests specified in the booking. No visitors or unregistered guests are permitted.

- Swimming Pool & Common Areas -
Respect shared spaces, especially the swimming pool. Follow posted rules and be considerate of condo residents.
Violations may result in loss of pool privileges at the discretion of the condo association.
