We are flexible about check-in and check-out time, depending on other guests leaving or arriving time. Although the regular check-in time is at 15:00 and regular checkout time is at 11:00,

Very close to Baixa (downtown), this is a residencial neighborhood very demanded for locals.
28 tram is very close. Graça (with amazing views over Lisbon), Alfama (the Lisbon oldest neighborhood) and Bairro Alto (the bohemian district) at short walking distance.
Restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops are around the corner.
There are 2 metro stations at 5 minutes. The 28 Tram is almost at door step. But the best way to explore most of historic neighborhood is by feet :)
